Lately, my sketchbook has been filled with more planning than drawing: Charts, lists, chapter notes, to-do-or-die spreads on every section of my life. My daily drawings have become quick doodles and scribbles while my schedule has been so packed. Even my snapshots of my sketchbook were taken quickly, on the floor of the photo studio, in between photographing student work. All of these images are too yellow because I was using my auto function on the camera. Sorry about that! And my time for Photoshop is short…

Today will be spent on preparations for my half semester art appreciation course I begin teaching on Wednesday. I can’t believe I’m going to have another thing on my plate, but I know I will get through it somehow! This year has been packed with good experiences so far. I won’t mind if next semester is a little lighter load, though!
