Sandy Chism was one of our professors and mentors at Tulane University, where Blake attended graduate school and Hannah was an undergraduate. She passed away in January of 2013 from cancer.

This exhibition in her memory was put on a year later by Carroll Gallery Director, Laura Richens; colleage and friend Teresa Cole; and many others who helped to make this fantastic gathering of works by those missing the one and only Sandy Chism possible.
